Our History
Dogan and Jon met in an industry conference on October 2024 in Los Angeles. Dogan’s last company, Paillor was struggling to obtain a SOC 2 certification due to never-ending timelines and outrageous costs. But Dogan knew better as we should not be limited to old technologies and processes. He shared his vision to disrupt compliance via AI with Jon.
Jon’s last 3 startups were all AI disrupters and Jon knew compliance industry was overdue for an AI innovation. They started coding early in 2025 and Compliance Management product was launched in June 2025. Based on the feedback from customers, they launched DSALTA’s Vendor Risk Management product in August 2025.
